These terms apply when you create an account or use the Smile with Fochant seller platform, including its product catalogue, ordering, referral, profile, and account features.

By registering or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and maintaining your seller profile, bank details, and delivery information.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify the support team promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Product availability, descriptions, prices, delivery charges, commissions, and estimated delivery times may change. The information shown when an order is submitted will apply to that order, subject to stock and final validation.

You must enter accurate customer and delivery details and obtain any consent required to share customer information for fulfilling an order. Orders may be rejected or cancelled when information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, payment or pricing is invalid, or misuse is suspected.

Any displayed commission or earning is subject to the applicable settlement rules and successful order completion. Cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders may not generate earnings.

You are responsible for providing correct bank details and for any tax, reporting, or other obligations that apply to your earnings.

Referral tools must be used honestly. You must not create misleading promotions, impersonate another person, send unlawful unsolicited messages, or manipulate referral relationships or rewards.

Referral eligibility and benefits may depend on the active programme rules shown in the platform and may be reviewed when abuse or incorrect attribution is suspected.

You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity; attempt to bypass security or permissions; interfere with the service; scrape protected information; or use another person's account without authorization.

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when these terms are breached, when required for security or legal reasons, or when continued access could harm customers, sellers, Fochant, or the platform.

Personal information should be used only for legitimate platform and order-related purposes. You must protect customer information and must not sell, disclose, or reuse it for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis or the customer's permission.

Platform data may be processed to operate accounts, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve services, and meet legal obligations.

We aim to keep the platform accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, paused, or removed for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these terms or required by law.

These terms may be updated when the platform, business rules, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
